Party Gathering Card Collection (Cards: 36)

I'll keep images and notes on the acquisition of the Wayfinders' Gathering cards here. Feel free to discuss them, or the game Gathering in general, in this thread. Taken from the loot of a bugbear hunting party that ambushed the party their last morning in Gurak's territory: Gifted to the party by Limar's mother Kalemne (who took it and other treasure from bugbears trying to find her lair), after the party brought her some captive bugbears to eat: Recovered from a cache of buried treasure in Litheria's forest, after following a treasure map Drusilia bought:

So it is basically Magic the Gathering.

Do we plan on collecting or selling?

So now that the party owns 16 cards, you can build a deck and duel! A deck has to be exactly 15 cards, so which one will you set aside for now, and where will it and the deck be kept?

Sort of like a Deck of Illusions or the occult legends of tarot cards in the real world, they're a magical game created by some forgotten wizard that have since been found and circulated around the Catacombs.

Hey guys i just ave to talk about Volo on MTG Arena  Not default Volo, FOILED Volo , either classic 1st edition Foil OR the one moving with is boot over the card ... (Cost 3000 coin) So as per ability right , he x2 any monster card dropped , but there is a huge secret i discovered when i started to foil my D&D monster deck on arena...   The foiled Volo"s don't just x2 the cards, he MAKES them foiled ! !  I even tested it out stealing opponents card with Heist ability or Juggle the perfomance and it works. So basically, you wish to show off like a millionaire in Arena?  Just had 4 copies of Foiled Volo and try to put him on the battlefield 1st. Notable mention: Legendary creatures won't be doubled BUT...you will still turn it foiled via  Volo's ability !!  To maximise fun with Foiled Volo's possiblities in any game: (Just had these 8 cards to a creature deck or a opponent-card stealer deck) -x4 Foiled Volo -x4 Leyline of Guildpack -Some luck to draw hand with Guildpack preferable specially if you chose a mono deck to had him Optional add -x4 Leyline of anticipation , Why ? because Exile and Destroy is overused on turn 4 and a Foiled Volo often get your opponent panicking IF they read is ability...lol.Keep your 4 mana and  Flash it at your opponents EOT. Other than just Volo, the Leyline of Anticipation strat allows you to put any Terrifying monster you want to avoid getting killed by the time they attack.  My favorite One being Jecht.

Yeah, i've one more test to do with him , MAYBE...just maybe depending on witch foil Volo you chose it gives cards alternate foils ??  For this, i will need to buy a copy of is second Foil form... its 5000 coin ! ouch.... i'll keep you updated after farming to see if you got both variant in a deck if it pulls out a different variant. Is Classic art is 3000 coin Is Moving art is 5000 coin As much as i know, theres not that many 5000 coin Foils , eck ! Tiamat is 4000...   Maybe the extra 1000 is related to the easter egg ??
