I found the system Nasuverse RPG which is designed to make characters for the type-moon universe I am willing to try this system out an I'm looking for people to join, Time not sure yet. But I might base it off fate apocrypha, for those who don't is where they talk about the great holy grail war where 14 servants are summoned instead of 7. 7 master on 2 teams each team having 1 of each class
