I don't have options like tools

The only drop down menu i have is "Menu" and under that is all these. home, my game, join game, market place, compendium, forum, wiki, blog. I do not have any other buttons, and i am trying to put a character into the character vault. How do i fix this?

i have tried using your link and it takes me to a website wiki, then i click the link for the vault and it does connection time out. I tried using roll20 in both explorer and in chrome. tools dropdown menu appeared the first time i logged into the website on explorer. I clicked the link to go to the vault and when i backed out the rest of the options are all missing except the original option and that is menu

So i tried your link, and per your link. I disabled addblocker, spamblocker, tried updating both, emptied browser cache, and that basically leaves me to the bugreport stage. so here i am still not seeing all the options

Can you provide a screen shot of what you are seeing? This will help us figure out what is missing and offer better tuned advice.

This sounds like you are browsing from a phone, tablet or other device with a narrow window. Or perhaps you are zoomed in or using a non-standard browser. You should be seeing this: Not this:

just dropped the zoom down to 90% and i see the menu options. odd that it won't work at 100%

Probably your screen resolution is 800x600. The website's CSS switches to Mobility at 900px width.&nbsp;
