Mutants and Masterminds 3E Campaign

Just joined roll20.net after years of using OSU Gametable and Hammachi and skype campaigns. Though I still use Skype to host the voice chat (as roll20.net's voice chat doesn't always work for all of my players or myself), the rest of the package is super solid and have had very few issues with bugs (besides one player complaining that he couldn't erase what he drew on the table to represent his powers. The Year is 2028, the setting is a futuristic New York City. The campaign is a mashup of elements from Ultimate Spiderman (the comic by Brian Michael Bendis) and Young Justice . The focus is on a group of teenagers that got exposed to what is believed to be the Higgs Boson during a class project involving an Advanced Super Collider... however, (and I borrow from the theory of Quantum Non-locality here) when exposed to the particle, our heroes to be, have their thoughts and fears realized into pure tangible reality, granting them super powers. The effects of the accident caused by the Collider are wide spread, and could spread for miles. So possibilities are endless. Super Heroes, or super-humans in general are brand new in this world. Now, we're two sessions in, and my two main PCs (the two guys I regularly game with) have entered their first Super Hero battle. But, I'm thinking it might be cool to shake things up with additional players, one or two at max, though. My players have only gained about 3 power points and are still Power Level 10. Any takers?
Got anymore info, let timezone and time played?
We generally play on Saturdays, 12pm Eastern Time. Though, as this only allows one of our players to play for about four hours, we're thinking of other options to allow for a slightly longer game time.

I'm in. I'll send u a PM
I can do every other Saturday (next available the 26th), I can do roll20.net Tokbox voice, I can do Google+ hangouts voice with roll20.net plugin I may possibly be the biggest fan of Mutants and Masterminds Third Edition on Roll20.net. I could play my heal battery character. I would have to change his origin story, no biggy, common origin is already provided.

Mnm 3rd is great. Count me in
Wow, I did not expect such a response! @John; we haven't figured out how roll20.net's tokbox voice chat is supposed to work... one of my players does not trust google, and refuses to use anything but FireFox... so Skype is our usual solution to voice chat. Your name suggests you're not comfortable using it though. @Doittoit: I sent you a reply. @Scraigon: Cool, PM me, and we'll hash out the details. I like my players to be well informed and have an idea of their background and whatnot before they get into the game.
So, one of your players don't trust on Google but he trusts in Microsoft... Color me curious. BTW, I really am sorry this game is on saturdays, if it was any other day I really would love to play
@ Eavatar: He's a cool guy, it's just his preference. Well, we're about to try out a different day. Would Wednesday around 3:00pm Eastern time work for you? Hopefully that works for everyone else who's interested...
All right, everyone who's playing with us tomorrow at 3:00pm Eastern Time (so far, only confirmed two newbies), please send me your Character sheet (already got 1) and your Skype name so I can friend request you.
I do love me some M&M, and would love to sit down and take some more characters for a spin. And, I also kind of like the idea of a campaign with a relatively defined concept: "superheroes, go!" seems a bit vague to me. Plus, Young Justice seemed pretty awesome. The time of this game doesn't work for me at all, though. I am in central time and don't get home till about 6:15, which is 7:15 EST. So, please just keep me in mind if you guys decide to do some other M&M gaming at some point in the future please? It's always nice to meet some other superhero gamers out there.
Yay superheroes!
dang it i wish i saw ur first post earlier guess im to late to join
Any mutants and masterminds happening on Fridays?
Hey David N I sent you a Pm but never heard back from you
Thank you Nicholas.

Sure, I'll send you a PM. That seems like it might be more productive. Unless there's a desire for a broader discussion of what seems to work and what doesn't in M&M. Oh, and for the record, John, you're only alluding to 2 campaigns. My current record is 1 for 3 for M&M games on roll20, which in my gaming experience isn't all that bad. Especially given that some of those games didn't have much in the way of meet and greet before the game started.
