Problem

Bought Mini-Dungeon Monthly#7 on the marketplace, but it isn't showing up in my add-on menu.  All of my other purchased add-on items are ok though.  If I go to create new-game, it is showing up there, but that isn't what it says in the description on the market place (shows to be add-on content). I wasn't looking at creating a new game, just add the content to an existing one.
Hello Bob J - We're sorry to hear you're having some troubles accessing that content!  To isolate this issue, would you mind work through the below steps from our  Solving Technical Issues  guide? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please work through the requested information in  Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Thanks for an unhelpful automated response.  It isn't a browser or cache problem, it has to do with how the listed item in the market place is not set up to be used as described in its' description. The description clearly says to add to an existing game by going to the "add-on" section of the game details panel.  While in reality you have to use the purchased product by creating an entirely new game.
Hi Bob J. -  Thank you for the clarification and apologies for the confusion. These steps are used as a baseline to isolate and troubleshoot a problem. However, after your additional explanation, I now see the issue! I will go ahead and notify the publisher as well as our marketplace team so they can take a look. We'll let you know as soon as we have additional info and/or a resolution.
Thanks
