[LFP] [D&D 5e] Troubles in Greenweldt [Sundays @7pm GMT]

Edited 1569057618
The gloomy region of Greenweldt has stood at the edge of civilization since time immemorial. It's purpose has long been dual- partially serving as a buffer zone to keep the darkness and terrors beyond from encroaching onto the Kingdom's central regions, but also as a haven for those who find themselves unwelcome in their natural homes. There are those who attempt to clean their name with great deeds, those who come seeking penance through service till death, and those who simply wish to find a new life. But beware, for around here the dead sleep lightly, and the wolves get hungry. Because of player issues I'm looking to pick up 1-2 players to join an ongoing quest, to save the land from destruction at the hands of the Cult of the Worm . You are person who has come from abroad, marked by shame, crime, or plain misfortune- who ends up banding together with the current adventurers Holgrush the Half-Orc Cleric and Trayger the Manling Paladin - who are as of now embroiled in saving Greenweldt from disaster! DM me or post below, I can fill you out on any questions regarding lore or the plot up until this point, and try to find a way to bring you into the plot. Mechanically, you will be generating a 5th level character, using races available in the core-rulebook. Class wise, consult me about unearthed arcana or similar publications and we'll see. Hope to see you around!
Just a small note, there are no particular skill level requirements. I'm an experienced DM, and the two players we've already got are relatively new.
