Custom Page Deleted - Rollback Failed

I am keeping a journal of my D&D group's adventures and was in the process of updating it. I suddenly get this "connection failed" error (which was weird cuz my internet was fine) and the page made me refresh. Upon refreshing, the only thing that's left of the journal is the words "Loading..." That's it. Everything got deleted. The GM rolled back to the day before and nothing changed. Super sad about this. ;( Description of setup Browser + Version: Google Chrome  77.0.3865 Browser Addons/Extensions: Adblock, Grammarly, missing e. Operating System: Windows Home 10
Hello KiyoSpirit, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with your journal. This sometimes happens when you attempt to load a journal entry before the campaign fully loads. As such, please be certain to let the campaign fully load before trying to access journal entries.  I have passed this issue along to the devs. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.  Thanks!
Hi KiyoSpirit, Could you provide the name of the game where you ran into this issue as well as the name of the affected handout? Additionally, I would recommend rolling back one day beyond what you might first believe just to double check.
The name of the game is Tomb of Annihilation (LPH) and the affected page is called Pythagor's records.
I'm the DM of Tomb of Annihilation (LPH); I've attempted rollbacks to a day before and two days prior, though in both cases, the rollback didn't change the game state.  Looking forward to an update!
Any update yet? I'm just concerned that if it takes too long, any saved record of Pythagor's Records will have disappeared.
Um?
Hello all, I am sorry for the delayed response.  I have heard back from the devs. Unfortunately, they were unable to recover the sheet. However, they have been able to document the steps to reproduce this issue with the information you all provided above. With that, they are now able to look towards fixing the underlying issue as soon as possible to help prevent this issue going forward.
