I don't know what's happening...

Went from paying down to free. Had 500 some odd megabytes of uploads. Deleted everything except for character tokens and couple of maps and a few custom enemies. All of it adds up to maybe 20 assets. All of it in the KB range totaling maybe 10 MB or less. Asset folder says I have 140/100 MB. WTF. I've been stressing over this for 4 hours trying to figure it out. There isn't anything left to really delete, and even if there was, it sure as hell doesn't add up to 140 MB. Please help. I'm too tired to keep trying to deal with this.

You should read the wiki page on Storage Allocation so you are deleting the right things. https://wiki.roll20.net/Storage_Allocation

@Pat S. I Deleted all audio files. @Andrew R. I'll check it out... @Andrew R. Yeah. Same thing, it's just 21 art assets that take up around 10MB. All music is gone.
Hello Joshua B., Thank you for this information. I have passed it along to the devs. As soon as we have more information for you, we will let you know. Thanks!
Hi Joshua, Could you have a look here to see if you have any left over audio files? https://app.roll20.net/audio_library/ Once they are removed from here, let me know if your quota goes down.

That's the issue apparently. I had deleted them from my campaign and assumed they were gone for good. But that shows that they're still there. That's really confusing. I'll have to keep in mind that that happens. Went from 140MB down to 11MB. Thanks for the help!

That catches a lot of people. Deleting from your campaign is different from deleting from My Audio. Think of My Audio as a music library like your Art Library. Adding a track to a campaign is like dropping an art asset into your game. Deleting it from the game doesn't get rid of the original in either case.
