New Adventure starting tomorrow First Session only $5! My name is Steven and I've been running tabletop rpg's for 24 years. I love dark horror so Call Of Cthulhu suits my style perfectly. My goal is every game is not only to collectively tell great stories but to also make sure that all the players involved are equally having a good time. This is not a campaign but rather a series of one-shot adventures. Most will take place in the 1920's but a few will take place in more modern times. Each adventure has a collection of ready-made characters for you to choose from or, if you prefer, you can make your own characters for each adventure. Please note that even though these are one-off adventures that they will each take 2-3 sessions to complete. Game highlights - A series of several unconnected one-shot adventures using a different set of characters each time - 1920's, 1990's, and modern settings are used but most will be in the classic 1920's setting. - Strong emphasis on role playing fear, investigating, and survival over combat. - This is not a game about monster slaying. The creatures in this game a deadly and terrifying. - A fail forward mentality. Rarely will a failed skill check out right prevent your from achieving something, its more likely to withhold some information or cause other setbacks. - Adventures will be ran from the following books; Doors to Darkness, Petersen's Abominations, and a few other published adventures. - I am asking $12 per session of 4-5 hours. But your first session will be only $5. - Most adventures will take several sessions to complete. Call of Cthuhlu uses the fear of the unknown. This is a game about discovering things that humans were not meant to know. Things so terrible and awesome that your mind risks coming apart as you delve deeper in the stories and cults of the old ones. The game is to be played weekly at 9pm Eastern time. Please DM me if you are interested! Required posting by Roll20 below This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $12 per 4 hour session per player. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.
