Good, because you probably wouldn't get a lot of help by being not nice. :) When you say you are "Trying to move blank map to a new location in the layout", what do you mean exactly? Are you trying to move the page to a different position in the Page Toolbar ? Although you say this is not your laptop, browser, etc, can you at least verify that you are using either Chrome or Firefox, and that this is not a mobile piece of hardware? The procedures would be different between lap/desktop and mobile device.
Hello John W., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with moving a map. Unfortunately, we are unable to understand the issue you are having without additional information.  Are you on the correct layer?  Do you have the map you are trying to move on the correct layer?  Are you attempting to move a page to a different position within your pages?  Can you provide us a screenshot of this issue? Once you provide us with more details, we will be able to provide you with additional assistance.  Until then,  please also try carefully working through the following steps of our Solving Technical Issues   guide: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
