Split the forum "looking for groupe" by languages

In order to find some groupe easyer, it could be fine to split the LFG page by languages spooken, or country, cause there's many post (too much ^^' in english) by some from UK, some in USA, and it's hard to find a groupe actualy. And it's the same things for french, spanish, italian or german.

When looking for group, you can already use the filters to only look for games in your language:
