IF, AND, OR

Score + 19
I think that the fact that I need to work with the API to make simple comparisons is ridiculous sometimes. just like we have the math functions for Ceil/Floor/etc. I think we should be able to do simple logic statements. The formatting can be simple too just like how it is on an Excel Sheet for example: IF(LOGIC, TRUE, FALSE) AND(LOGIC1,LOGIC2, TRUE, FALSE) OR(LOGIC1,LOGIC2, TRUE, FALSE) If it has to be stuck behind a pro level for some reason I can understand that since its still API level logic i guess but I feel like something as simple as an IF statement should not be something we are lacking.

FYI: This suggestion ha been brought up many many times. Rol20 stated they intentionally left out this capability and reserved it for APIs only.
I am a pro-member and theoraticly could use the API, but i can't javascript. I can write macros. And I don't want to learn how to program things, I wanna play pen&paper. Therefore I support this suggestion. Maybe it's possible to have this capability, but only if ?{GM is Pro?|Yes, IFTHENELSE|No, ERROR}
