We can't see the tokens

Hi. For some reason, we can't seem to be able to see the character tokens (neither the enemies' by the way). The GM can, though. As you can see from the print, we can still select the characters and move them around. We can still roll the initiative macro. We are just technically blind. The GM assures the characters aren't on the GM layer. Please send help. :)

You may need the DM to post, because you can't access your token settings to show if the tokens are set to have sight, if there is a light source anywhere, etc.  Screenshots of token and map page settings would be really helpful, but players can't provide those.

Check to make sure the map is on the Map layer and the player tokens are on the Objects layer.
So the tokens may not have sight? I am the GM of this game.

Again, Screen shots of settings may help, as well as verifying that the objects are on their proper layers. Players being able to select but not see their tokens does not sound natural. The only way I can think of is if the map image (which they would not have control of) was somehow on the token layer above  their tokens. But settings screenshots are a good helper. Page settings, and both tabs of the token settings.
