use of compendiums from other players

Hi I have bought the PHB and the MM1 for DND5e having been the GM in some adventures. now a friends wants to buy an adventure and run it. should I create the adventure or he needs to do it to see every manual? thanks Andrea

If you create the game and enable Compendium Sharing within that game, your friend will have complete compendium access while in-game. If your friend creates the game, they will not. Therefore, if your friend wants to un a module and  have compendium access, both must be done on the same account. Either their account will have to by the books, or your account will have to buy the module.
