Uploading your own music

Is it possible to upload your own music into Roll20 for background music? Or do I just have to play it over my mic? Also, how do you skate around the copyright issues?

Please allow me to add my two cents worth in. I did a couple of hours of looking through soundcloud [Yes, my life is that exciting] and found a few things that may be of use. I would like to request that the moderators consider having a "Resources" post like in the old forums to help those new to the site or just looking for anything that will help improve their gaming experience.
