Looking for real friends... We’re a small group of LGBT friendly gamers who are looking to add a few more people to our general gaming group. We play a good mix of games, from multiplayer video games to roll20 based tabletop games that include pathfinder and world of darkness. We’re a close group who enjoy chatting often on discord about our lives, politics, and gaming. We don't just meet once a week and rp... we chat on discord, get together at impromptu times to game, change plans, share our lives, etc. Before we add people to our group, we’d like to meet you first. Before you decide to sign up, there are a few things we’re looking for that are important... 1 - You aren’t racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic in any way. Not even when you're 'joking'. 2 - You aren’t judgmental - we’re all nerds here. 3 - Your interested in playing rpg games with a steady group, and are ok with using video chat. Seeing each other is important, we’re not strangers. 4 - You’ll respect the pronouns of others. 5 - Politics divides people. We lean left and aren’t looking to debate our core values. So if you’re more on the right side of the political spectrum, then we’re not the place for you. We’re not judging you, we just don’t want to hear about it in this safe place where we relax with friends. 6 - You’re in this for the long term. Assuming we all get along and enjoy spending time together, you’d want to stay friends - even possibly meet up in real life someday at a gaming con and play around a real table, who knows? The point here is that you’re not signing up to play a game then move on. 7 - Safe space. Always. 8 - Our current age range is roughly 30 - 45, so you'd need to be comfortable with our ages, and you'll need to be at least 18+. As a group we're sensitive to these things. Finding people to game with can be difficult, finding long term friends you want to game with for years is even harder. But if that's something you'd be looking for... let me know. To that end, I’ll be running a roll20 game using pathfinder 2 rules and the Plaguestone module sometime over the next few weeks here on Roll20 as a meet and greet event.
