Unable to Load Games

Dear Roll20 Team, I'm a Pro user currently living in Germany. I can log in to my account, but I can't access any of the games I'm part of, even the ones that I run.In each instance, I get hung indefinitely on the "Loading..." screen. I've tried Chrome (the browser I normally use), Firefox, Explorer, and Edge on Windows, and Chrome and Safari on the Mac.The issue is the same. This only started happening within the past couple of days. I had a bit of a loading lag this past Saturday evening, but I still managed to get in. Please help.
I have the same problem. I tried accessing my games with 3 different computers, using Chrome and Firefox. Not working. And in other posts more people from Germany reported these problems. I guess this site just doesn't like Germans anymore. ^_° Seriously: Maybe there's some trouble with German browsers versions or German IP addresses?
I found a thread where a similar issue happened in Canada earlier this summer. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7501268/launching-game
Hello Chaotic Laugh, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. To rule out possible issue, please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log! Thank you!
Hello. I'm glad to report that the problem seems to have been resolved. Should it resume again, I will post again. I am not doing that at this time because any console log I provide would not reflect a problematic state. Thank you.
