Evernus Quest - Very disappointed. Help please

My first quest was Mad Mage, and it was absolutely fantastic. I loved not having to buy the book as everything I needed was at my fingertips on roll20. I just purchased Avernus, and there are NO CHARACTER SHEETS ON ANY OF THE MOBS. Am I missing something??!?!?! It's literally un-runnable in its current state. I also learned today that there is NO WAY to contact roll20 about getting a refund, asking for help, or fixing a technical issue - just a bunch of advice to "go to the forums/blog/etc." Is this just a massive glitch, am I missing something, or is it as intended? I see the "basic info" section and the "attributes" tab that usually make up the 3rd "Character sheet" tab, but alas, there is no character sheet tab. The basic info tab just has a couple of their actions mentioned, but I don't have their CR, immunities, resistances, AC, saves, Skills, etc. It's really bizzare. If working as intended, how do I get a refund from roll20? If not, please provide any help you can. Thanks in advance. Maestro

I haven't purchased the Avernus module, so this tidbit may not be applicable... but when you buy something like Creature Codex or Volo's Guide, the monsters and their sheets are added to your compendium. Have you tried searching there to see if you can drag the monster into your VTT? That might add it to your game with the necessary stat blocks. Now for something I can be more confident in! You can request a refund for assets or modules/add-ons that you've purchased within the last 15 days. You can email team@roll20.net and ask for a refund on the item. Note that any games you've created where that module or add-on was added will be deleted though, as noted in the Customer Support FAQ, https://wiki.roll20.net/Customer_Support_FAQ#Marketplace_Asset_Refund_Policy .

All module NPC should have sheets without any additional add-ons and compendiums. When you created the game did you choose Official Roll20 OGL D&D sheet? It looks like you haven't selected sheet at all.

Phenomen has described what is almost certainly the issue. However, if after creating a game with a character sheet chosen you still wish to pursue a refund, you can contact Roll20 directly at team@roll20.net.
Wow, awesome, guys. Apparently I had removed that option or something when I created the game. Putting that in place fixed it. Thank you!!
