reset passwords not updating

so i just reset my password and am trying to log onto a new device with it, yet it keeps telling me its the wrong password. Is roll20 just really slow to update these like it is with forgotten password emails?

my pc is fine on chrome, yet the android tablet version of chrome and firefox do not work, and only tell me my password is incorrect. The Roll20 App however does work, although it seems a little slow its better than no roll20!&nbsp; thanks for your assistance&nbsp;
