Dice rolls not showing

Hey, when we make rolls from our sheets, sometimes they don't post in the chat. We are getting a little tired of it. It is happening in all of our games and causing delays in combat, rp, and description. You can make this happen by having others in the room with you and rolling dice. TBH my tone is mostly because this is one of the big features of roll20 that makes us want to play in it. Between this and the security issue of late we are talking about looking elsewhere, but I still want to give y'all a chance.
PLEASE fix this problem. It's annoying to have to screenshot rolls on my computer to prove what I rolled. It interrupts gameplay and it's the worst.

I am on this site upwards of five days a week, all in different rooms, and every single room I'm in has been doing it. This issue has been going on for upwards of two weeks now, with no sign of the issue being repaired. It causes delays in the narrative and frustrations between players and DMs as we try to figure out whether the player did not roll or the roll simply didn't post. It makes it so that players have to post photographic evidence in third party chats of their rolls, when the roll should be displaying on its own. This is an incredible disturbance to our games and to the flow of the story, and the fact that such a monumental issue hasn't been addressed yet is unprofessional and frustrating.
Hello all, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with rolling. This is a known issue . As such, please follow the information from that thread: Drespar said: Hello all - After further investigation from our development team, we have confirmed that this problem is occurring for games on our Firebase shards which have load balancing problems and high capacity. However, we have also confirmed that you should be able to fix this issue by copying a game that is having the problem and using that game copy from now on. This new copy is rotated onto one of our shards that has better load balancing and capacity. Going forward, if you perform this fix and can confirm the copied version is now working for you, we would ask that you please delete the old, original game. This will help improve Firebase balance and performance across the board and prevent future issues from occurring. If this fix does not work for your game, please send us an email to Team@Roll20.net with a link to the game that is having troubles. Please follow that thread for any possible updates. If you are still having issues after following this information, please email the devs at Team@Roll20.net. I am going to close this post. Thanks!
