About the Jukebox management

Hello everyone ! I'm french so I will try to be clear in spite of my bad english level ! :) Here is my proposition to " improve " this plateform and I think this proposition will be attractive/useful. Wouldn't it be possible to set up the fact that we can start a soundtrack and choose which players can heard it ? For example, yesterday I played to Call of Cthulhu with friends and I would have liked to start a "devil laught" only for one player... To do that, I had to share with him a youtube link and it breaks the role play... I think this idea can add a lot of possibilitys in terms of atmosphere and would be easy to put in place. What do you think about this ?
