Looking for people to play d&d 4e with, im new

hi i need someone to play with on saturdays or sundays(preferably sundays)starting around midday, as i work nights all through the week. Im in the UK and have never played with anybody before so will need a little tuition, i have read parts of the rule book and played a couple of the tutorial cards(by myself) and am desperate to play a real game(online). If anybody can help it would be aprreciated. Thanks alot

If you can find a game, I'd gladly join you, im in South Africa, so we pretty much have the same timezone :D also new to DnD as well as Roll20

Just to clarify, midday in the UK would be around 7:00 AM EST? If so, I could probably run a one-time session for you on the 17th to introduce you to the system. That is, assuming you don't mind a one-shot rather than a full-on campaign, and also assuming three other newbies want to come along for that timeframe, and  assuming that you don't find a DM before that time comes up.  In other words, I'm willing to be your backup plan.

ok thanks alot, a backup plan, dont want you getting up early if you dont have to. oh and i havent a clue as to the times etc.....
