Fog of War Character inconsistency

Hi all, just hit an issue I can't seem to resolve. I've set up a map with advanced fog of war and dynamic lighting, yet for some reason there is a section of the map that remains visible to some players despite the fact it should be hidden. This character cannot see the hidden interior - which is correct. Yet here, for this character, she is able to see a specific interior room. I am not sure why there is this inconsistency. I have 5 players in my campaign, and two of them see the map correctly, but three others are all able to see this specific room. Any thoughts?

This looks like Advanced Fog of War. Were the offending tokens (or more accurately, a token controlled by a player) ever in that room at any point?
Ah yes, apologies - advanced fog of war would be correct! And I did move them around in it to make sure the dynamic lighting was behaving but have 'reset' the fog of war many times (and refreshed the page/reloaded the game). As far as I can tell, being in the room previously isn't the problem but I could be missing something!
HI Joshua B. -  Would you mind providing me with the exact name of the game in question, please? I'll pop in and see if anything stands out. If you don't feel comfortable with that, that is totally fine - just let me know and we'll figure out other ways of further investigating this. Thanks!
Hi Nicholas, thanks very much the offer! I appreciate it. The game in question is called 'Waterdeep: Dragon Heist' - I'm more than okay with you popping in. Let me know if you need any more info!
Hi Joshua B. -  It seems like that map was clinging to the AFoW reveal data from when you were previously testing your tokens. I went ahead and disabled a couple of AFoW settings, reset your fog, checked again, and everything seems to be good to go now. Would you mind checking on your end to see if the issue seems to be resolved, please? Thank you!
Hi Nicholas, Really appreciate the help so far! Unfortunately I went and checked on the map I was having issues with and they still seem to be present. The two character tokens above the others see the map as they should, but the lower three can all still see that specific room. Bottom row characters can see the room: Top row characters cannot see the room: I did notice that there is a 'light source' that seems to be emanating from that room that I am unable to identify - just beneath the Veteran on screen right. I've checked the map jpeg and is not present there in the source file. Not sure if this is related but I thought I'd point it out. Let me know if you need any more details! Again, thank you for all the help so far!

If a light source is the issue, did you check the DL layer? If that is a culprit, it would likely be in the upper right corner to reveal the room that way.
Hi all, Thanks for all your help. I have resolved the issue - there was a duplicate player token on my map layer that had gotten buried beneath the map itself. Very much appreciate the help offered here - some great service. Apologies that it was entirely my mistake!

Glad you found it! That's pretty hard to spot.
I'm still not sure why two other tokens could see that space, and two others could not... but its resolved now, haha.
