Would love if the rolled dice more prominently displayed what numbers were rolled. It shows the number of successes rolled, but not the number on the dice. This is especially difficult because the number of successes listed and rolls don't always match the virtual dice when used, which leads to some confusion.

I'm not familiar with that sheet, but this is likely an unavoidable limitation. In a roll template, you cannot show individual dice rolls and a sum (except by hovering the mouse over the roll) - you can only show one or the other.

This one shows successes and the task skill, but the hover over is pretty rough to interpret what the roll was: I know that the 9 is what was rolled, but the equation is complicated enough that players don't and the virtual dice doesn't say 9 when the roll is done, it will say another random number.

It's possible to add text that clarifies the source of each dice/ modifier, the Official PF2E sheet is an example of a sheet using it for every, or nearly every roll. It seems the sheet have less than 20 roll buttons, so it probably wouldn't be too much of a task to add those labels to them.
