Token Rubberbanding

When I move a token as a GM or 'view as player GM' the tokens rubber band or pull back a few spaces rather than move to their new locations. Is there a work around or why is this happening? I am working with a single desktop with an extended display with 2 web pages open. 1 as the GM on my screen and the other as a player view on the other screen.
