Popout Character Sheet Closes & Scrolling Problems

I finally broke down and paid for a year subscription so that I can use my tablet to play a Pathfinder game.   I was quite disappointed and a little frustrated to then note that you can't fully see your character sheet in the open game, scrolling sideways doesn't work, and resizing the sheet's window is apparently not a feature.  So I then attempted to open up the sheet via the popout option and that seemed to work great!  You can see the sheet, switch between tabs, zoom in... it was wonderful.   The problem became that those of us using a phone browser (Google Pixel 3A on Chrome) or tablet browser (New Kindle Fire 7 on Silk) would have our popout sheets close on us every five minutes or so.  We then had to open it back up, wait for it to load, reload the screen a second time if it didn't load the popout, and then repeat after in about five more minutes it once again shut itself down.    It is wonderful to have access on my tablet.  I do think that there should be a one or two dollar a month option for exclusive tablet access but other than that I actually do love having access on my tablet.  Thank you guys for all you do.  Please contact me with information on the problem or resolution or questions, etc.  Have a good day!
Hi Spirit - Thanks for reaching out! We're glad you are enjoying the tablet features! If you haven't heard, we are also in the process of re-vamping our mobile/tablet apps for iOS and Android and we're very excited about it! However, I do want to clarify, for  Table on Tablet , we only officially support the following specifications at this time: Apple and Android tablet devices - we do not support phones at this time Chrome and Firefox browsers If you are using devices and browsers that are not any of the above, we may not be able to do anything to fix what is going on, unfortunately. However, if anyone is using a supported system and is still having problems, would you mind providing me with some additional device specifications as seen below, please? Thank you! Device type (iPad, Samsung Galaxy tab, etc.) Operating System and Version (iOS version __, Android version __) Which browser you are using
