We had the same or perhaps similar issue this evening, the rolls would always appear locally, they at times did not appear to everyone else. In some instances, they appeared to some but not others, but they always appeared locally to the roller. We confirmed that this was indeed the case by getting people to provide print screens of the dice rolls and pasting them into our discord group so all could see. This was also happening two weeks ago during our play session is this something we have misconfigured or are using an unsupported browser perhaps?
