After purchasing Dragon of Icespire, I start a game, and all the sidekicks are listed as 11th level.   Why aren't they 1st level, and allow me to level them up with the rules.   Or, why aren't there 1st-11th level versions, since they are using the NPC/Monster template?

I figured out that the issue is adding the extra "Essentials Kit:" adventures.   For some reason these upgrade the Sidekicks to level 11, instead of of making new sidekicks.
