API sandbox down, can’t restart

This happened to me last night for all my games. Is there a fix?

I wonder if this is something that is only affecting some people or maybe just certain scripts.  So far, my collection of scripts seems to be working just fine. Edit:  I'm only using one from the drop down list (ammo), and the other 2 are manually installed.

Thank you! Have open only one instance of Roll20 and choose only one game to troubleshoot for now - close all other tabs/windows/instances/games Log out of Roll20 Clear browser cache Log back into Roll20 and go to the game having issues Now open up a second instance/tab/window of Roll20 and also go to the same game having issues In one instance open up the API Settings page and in the second instance launch the game When the game has launched, restart the API Sandbox in the API Settings page Check the API
It works for the majority of my games now except the latest one last night. For that one, the API sandbox doesn't even display a message. It's just blank. Doing the above steps didn't fix it.
Opening the console, I get this error on the page load of the API settings page: TypeError: snap.val(...) is null
mAc said: Opening the console, I get this error on the page load of the API settings page: TypeError: snap.val(...) is null Hi mAc -  Hmmm gotcha. Thanks for confirming that. Unfortunately, this sounds like a particular API script in your game might be having some trouble. Would you mind trying to disable all scripts in the game and re-enable each one one-at-a-time to see if a particular script sticks out as producing this error?
I went ahead and disabled all of them and it still is having the issue.
The first error was in Firefox. When I use Chrome I get this error instead: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msg' of null

Hi mAc -  Thank you for confirming that! Additionally, would you mind providing me with the exact name or a link to the main game you are troubleshooting this issue with, please? I'll take a look at it and see what else I can find.

We're having the same issue for a game starting in 3 hours. Nothing appears in the API console, restarting appears to do nothing. Followed the steps outlined above, but no luck

Hey everyone - For troubleshooting purposes, would you mind trying to create a copy of the game that is having issues, re-installing a few of your scripts on that copy, and re-testing the API, please? Thank you in advance for your patience!
