Homebrew Campaign

I am currently forming a new group and looking for 1-2 players to join a new game based in a setting i have been working on for a few years This game will be streamed on Twitch If you are interested in joining please read the brief description below and apply with your character concept and your experience in D&D. New players are welcome Races allowed Elves (most subraces) Dwarves Humans Dragonborns Half Elves Halflings (all subraces) Gnomes(all subraces) Goliaths Half Orcs Aasimar ,Aasimar(Fallen) Centaur,Tabaxi All Classes allowed (PHB,SCAG,Xanathar's Elemental Evil) Start  at Level 1 Sailor Backgrounds Not allowed Noble Background will be allowed but if used you will be of a minor noble family with not alot of power Human Variant allowed When you go to make a Background for your character run details by me first so I can give you any information needed (Places,Lore,Names and other details that might be needed) ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A FULLY FLESHED OUT BACK STORY BEFORE SESSION 1 we will have a session 0 and the game will start a few weeks after to give players time to figure out the backstory they want No homebrew classes or backgrounds will be allowed Roleplay is encouraged Players will decide the world based on their actions Discord will be the Voice Client you will need to use Any questions ask GM HAS FINAL SAY IN EVERYTHING Interviews will be reqired to  join  the group. Hi my name is Andrew! I have about 15 years of experience in D&D with 4 of them in 5e and 3 years of DMing. I'm very interested in joining but I won't be able to make a formal application into I go on break in about an hour. I'm a heavy roleplayer and I love getting into character and doing voices. I can also provide most of the DND beyond content with my dms subscription if needed. I'll message you my discord handle. Name: Steven Experience: Playing for around 20ish years in everything from AD&D, 1e, 2e, 3.5, and both Pathfinder and 5e (only edition I really didnt play much was 4e). Time Zone: Central Race: Human Class: Fighter (Champion) Background: Folk Hero Loose Backstory Idea is a Locally famous Militia-men who's fame grew out of seeking out the strongest monsters and opponents he can find to test himself against with gleeful abandon. His activity and the tales spun by servants and visitors of the local lords manor drew the eye of the lords daughter who convinced her parents that he would make a suitable husband and then tried to force him into wedlock and end his days of wilderness wandering and battles. After refusing verbally the Lords men tried to capture him by force on their own initiative and after a brawl the character escaped and is now on the run as he continues to seek out the best/strongest to pit himself against while staying one step ahead of pursuit from the Lords daughter and her guards. Obviously any part of this can be shifted/tweaked if it dosen't fit with the campaign setting/narrative and specific names of towns/countries and cultures Ill have to ask you about if your interested in me as a player XD.
