Well as the title reads I'm looking for a group to play with on Saturdays I have a character I really want to play, I love the backstory I came up with and really want to see what misadventures he can stumble into. Character Ideas: Changeling rogue As a baby Jax' parents ran afoul of a powerful archlich ( think Zhengyi a being of almost godlike power). Cornered and out of options they used a magical devise that threw at least me into a random place in the multiverse. I ended up in Waterdeep in Faerun. ( Of course I have no recollection of any of this or what happened to my parents it just explains why I'm in Faerun not Eberron) I was taken in by a family but it didn't take long for them to realize that I wasn't human. They were a goodly couple and couldn't bring themselves to kill a baby of any race but thinking me a dopleganger were too afraid to let me stay there too long so they raised me untill I could get food ECT by my self (around 5 years old) At age 10 my life changed again. I had been working the streets pick pocketing and stealing just to get by when a flamboyantly dressed elf (or so I thought) with a large feathered hat came into my territory. Seeing all of the finery on this strange elf I decided to take some of it for my own. I cut his belt pouch and took off. After a long chase I thought I lost him using my shapeshifting abilities and went to my safe house ( a destroyed inn that had only 1 small entrance into the cellar. Imagine my surprise when 2 Drow were waiting for me ( Jarlaxle and Kimmuriel) one of which was dressed just like the elf I just robbed. Jarlaxle ever the opertonist recognized my potential and offered me a position in Bregan D'aerthe. I spent the next 10 years in Menzoberrianzan learning the art of subterfuge. Only Bregan D'aerthes' top lutenents ever know that I'm not drow and I played the game in Menzoberrianzan very well but the vileness of the drow didn't suit me so I joined Bregan D'aerthes Surface operations ( which can litterly take me anywhere in Faerun)
