Some spells don't have attributes even though they should, so no spell cards pop up. Ex. Dispel Magic, Disguise Self

What character sheet are you using? Can show a screen shot displaying the issue? I see attributes on Disguise Self, for instance.

I can confirm this. The best thread in which to report this for dev notice is the  Wizards of the Coast Bug Report Megathread ; it's a monitored thread. Post your screen shot and explanation there and hopefully it can be resolved soon.
