Other User Webcams ConnectionNotEstablished Error

I've been having an issue with the game instance refusing connections with remote peers for several months now. I am occasionally able to connect with, and see video from, two of the other users in the game. However, after at most 10 minutes, all incoming videos will cut out and I will see only the user's avatar or character portrait. This issue has persisted across both Chrome and Firefox (both of the latest version at the time, more details about the Firefox instance below); through a geographical move to a new city; and across multiple games on Roll20. I have tried disabling all browser extensions in both browsers to no avail. I have played other games with the same users, both with standard character sheets, custom character sheets, and both with/without API scripts enabled. Most recent instance, technical details: Web Browser: Mozilla Firefox 70.0.1 (64-bit) Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro Javascript: Enabled Anti-Virus: Windows Defender Browser Add-ons: Google search link fix; Honey; HTTPS Everywhere; LastPass; Measure-it; Privacy Badger; Reddit Enhancement Suite; The Camelizer; uBlock Origin; View Image for Google Image Search. (Though as previously noted, disabling all add-ons does not fix this issue) The Javascript console log can be found here: <a href="https://pastebin.com/Uu4HsuM4" rel="nofollow">https://pastebin.com/Uu4HsuM4</a> And the WebRTC log here: <a href="https://pastebin.com/08SvLx9q" rel="nofollow">https://pastebin.com/08SvLx9q</a> Any help would be greatly appreciated!
