Issue with dragging tokens from journal

I cannot drag creature tokens from the journal to put into play, however can drag and drop player character tokens from the journal into play. I double checked a different game I am running if there was a similar problem and I am able to drag creature tokens from the journal without issue. Thoughts on how to fix this issue?

This issue stumped us for a second but what's happening is that the creature tokens in your game have been corrupted which is disrupting the drag-and-drop feature. That said, we were able to find a solution after the initial confusion. You should be able to drag and drop your creature tokens now! Can you confirm this for me?
