Greetings and salutations adventurers! Currently I am running a large-world homebrew campaign every other Friday (6pm EST) and I'm looking for "floaters" to sweep in and out of the journey along the way. Now, it's not that I have a lack of imagination or resources to make these NPCs myself, but I would much prefer the dynamic nature of an autonomous character that helps push the players in the right direction... or perhaps not the right way at all (dun dun duuuuun)! Yes, I am looking for both good and bad guys to cameo in the campaign, and while I will set up the base premise of character I will leave the rest to you. Now, if you're still reading and interested I'll indulge a little about the party and gameplay. I took up the mantle of DM for a couple of "forever DM" buddies, and have been thoroughly enjoying allowing my players to live out their best D&D "dream characters" as I allow a lot of homebrew. We're a pretty goofy bunch, but we take our role-play pretty seriously, and that's preferred over "optimization" . Our humor definitely leans to the side of "raunchy" , and there will be suggestive material throughout the game, so being 18+ is necessary (not because you younglings out there aren't super radical *insert snapping finger guns here* ). There are various settings to the world ranging from steampunk, norse, western, etc.; so the possibilities are pretty limitless depending on the area they're in/traveling to. I don't want to spoil too much about the story itself, so if you're even more interested shoot me a message and I'll reveal what I can. I feel the disclaimer that I do not know when you'll be able to jump in is very needed, but you'll be a part of our discord server and invited every session to listen and potentially get thrown in! If by chance you're also interested in trying your hand at some DMing jobs, but don't want to go through the trouble of building a huge campaign/learning a module, I'm leaving "downtime" open for others to interact with the party. In closing, please reach out if anything in this post jumps out at you, and happy adventuring! -Ghoulie
