API Output Console not working

Hi, my API output console doesn't work anymore. I keep receiving the following strings: Restarting sandbox due to script changes... Previous shutdown complete, starting up... Restarting sandbox due to script changes... Previous shutdown complete, starting up... Anybody else with the same problem? I am using Microsoft Edge.  I have regularly launched the game in a separate windows Many thanks for your help!
it's not working in Google Chrome either...
I have disabled all extensions and cleared the cache. It is not working yet.

Do you have scripts installed? I.e. is this a game in which the sandbox used to work an dis no longer working? If so, have you added anything recently?
Thanks for your reply. It is a game in which the sandbox used to work before and I did not install any new scripts. HOWEVER, the sandbox is working on a different computer (my desktop). Hence, the issue seems to be limited to my laptop. I have cleared the cache and disabled all the extensions. The sandbox used to work on the laptop as well, previously. Any ideas? I recently installed Iolo System Mechanics and their anti-malware software, along with Bitdefender. Could this be the culprit? Many thanks!
Microsoft Edge is not supported by Roll20; use Chrome or Firefox for best results. What script(s) do you have installed in this game? Are they manually copied or installed from the One-Click Library?
Thank you for your reply. I have the same issue with Google Chrome. The scripts I am using are: G EasyExperience Faerun calendar.js G Markov G GroupInitiative G Critical G Marching Order G Roll20 Audio Master G 5th Edition OGL by Roll20 Companion G PowerCards G PowerCards Macro Helper G StatusInfo G InspirationTracker G Vector Math G MatrixMath G Token Fate G LightCrumbTrails G Message of the Day G Torch G Concentration G Difficulty Rating G splitArgs G Path Math G HTML Builder G Areas of Effect G Hourglass cashmaster 0.9.1.js G CombatTracker Patrol.js G Token Collisions G Character Sheet Utils G It's a Trap! G It's a Trap! - D&D 5E Generic G Check It Out G Hexploration But they seem to work well on my Desktop (including on Edge, actually), while they do not work on my "old" laptop, where they used to work in the past. I have tried to disable the antivirus (Bitdefender), I have deactivated all extensions, and emptied the cache. Still no joy. Is there any security option that could potentially block the scripts on Sandbox?

Are you using a VPN on one? And to be clear, it's the same sandbox for the same game that refuses to load, depending on which machine you are using? And you are testing both machines with either Chrome and/or Firefox?
Thank you Keith. 1) No, I am not using a VPN on either the laptop or the desktop. 2) Yes, the same sandbox for the same game works perfectly fine on my desktop (Windows 10) with either Chrome or Edge, while it does NOT work on the laptop, which also uses Windows 10. Bizarrely, while the sandbox doesn't work with both browsers (Chrome/Edge) on my laptop, I am able to use the jukebox and hear the sound when I use Chrome, while Edge is completely mute. I haven't tried to use Firefox yet, I suppose I could give it a go.

Hmm, sounds like it might be a Deep Voodoo problem. Router setting to your laptop (wi-fi vs wired, maybe)? Browser up to date on both? Different browser settings between machines? In Chrome, click on the site settings for each (accessible through the lock icon next to the URL) and see if there is any mismatch between installations on each device. If you have not tried/installed Firefox on either device, there's a better chance that what works on one will work on the other, if it's a settings problem. But admittedly, I'm grasping at straws, here.
Ok Keith, I have tried to copy the game and create a new sandbox from scratch...nothing. I have also tried to add a new script from the dropdown menu to "force" the sandbox to restart'''to no avail. However, I have seen that many other people had a similar problem in the past and that in 95% of the cases there was an issue on your end that was blocking the API sandbox. Could you please check if everything is working fine from your side? Many thanks.  P.S: same connection (wired) and same version of the browser...one is working (on the laptop), the other one is not!!!! Also, this would suggest a problem with my laptop!!! SO confusing!!!
For some reasons, the sandbox is working again now! If you fixed it, thanks for that!

I'm glad it's working! But for future reference, there is no "my end". I am not an employee or contractor with Roll20, just a motivated user.
Thanks again Keith! Apologies for that expression, I didn't want to be rude, I genuinely thought you were part of the roll20 team!!! best wishes
