Collaborative World Building

Hi, I am relatively new to Roll20 I read a thread discussing multiple GMs in roll20 and it seemed like the thread was saying it was possible but I could not find any information about how to "promote" someone who joins to the GM role. Is it possible to have multiple GMs in a Roll20 G+ hangout and can someone tell me how to set it up. I am going to be running a collaborative world building session and all my participants will need complete access to the GM tools. Thanks - Jerry

dont know about multiple DMs but you can promote some one by hovering over there picture and waiting for the drop down/pop out menu
