The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan token bugs and email support

Hi, I've been playing through the Tales of the Yawning Portal and came across some tokens in The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan that don't seem to have bios like the rest of the tokens.  Is this a bug?  I've tried removing the addon and re-adding.  I've tried deleting the game and starting a new one.  I've tried user a different web browser.  I've turned off my add-ons to Chrome when I do use Chrome. And also, the email support button as a pro user isn't working.  I've disabled Adblocker for your site, refreshed the page, etc and it still doesn't work. Anything else I should be doing? To rule out possible issue,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log! Thank you!

Items don't have artwork if none exists in the original work. This is a requirement of the licensing agreement. I have not examined this module, but this could also be the case for the bio. The steps that Rainflame posted would only really be applicable to the help link you screen shotted. I have tested it myself and it seems to be functioning, so make sure that the console log you grab is taken from when you tried the email link. I've played through the entire module.&nbsp; No issues.&nbsp; What did you do?&nbsp; And what do you mean by bios?&nbsp;&nbsp;

That could be the case keithcurtis as far as the artwork and bios go. I had played through the two previous Tales modules and don't remember seeing tokens that were just names and not art, so it caught me off guard. I just wanted to make sure my game wasn't glitching. Victor, I'm talking about the bio and info tab that most monsters have that give you a little bit more insight on their backstory and how to play them. I own the original works and am now seeing that there is no artwork and limited information so I believe keithcurtis is correct. As for my email link issue, I resolved that earlier today by logging in on another computer, so something must be going on with my browser. I'll just reinstall my browser and update this thread if it didn't work. Looks like this is solved if that's the case with the art and bio and info section. Can I get a confirmation from a mod?
