Order of dice guaranteed?

Hi, quick question, I tried to search for an answer but didn't cross with it.. When rolling dice, is the order of the dice guaranteed to be the same on all players' chat logs? Ie. if I roll 3d6, and get [3,4,1], could there be a player that could see it as eg. [1,4,3]? This would matter in a game like Dragon Age RPG: you roll 3d6, one of which is a different colored die (dragon die). If you roll doubles on any two of the three dice, the dragon die matters. Knowing that the order was the same for all, one could designate the first die to be the dragon die.

It is the same order for everyone. For Dragon Age I use this as my base macro. /r 2d6 +1d6 +?{Modifier|0} but sure you could just use 3d6 and say the first or last die is the dragon die, I just like having it seperated a bit so 2d6+1d6 or 1d6+2d6 works better for me.
