Can't Get to the Bottom of the Sidebar

Greetings!  This is a problem I've had from the beginning, not only on the computer I use primarily, but on any computer I use.  The sidebar (Art Library, Journal, and it might be with the Jukebox and Collection, and it also seems to be with My Settings, as well) won't allow me to scroll down far enough to reach everything.  I've tried down-sizing the window, I've tried in both Explorer and Firefox -I don't use other browsers-, and I've tried various other tricks to get the bottom of the list back in frame and it won't.  Is there a fix coming for this?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions.
