Absolutely. Here is a guide for setting up default tokens, and if you prefer, I made a video .

You should be able to use the Character Sheet Default Settings to do this.&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Game_Settings_Page" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Game_Settings_Page</a> It will only work for new sheets unless you use the Apply Default Settings in-app (the last part of the bottom). You'll need to know the attribute names. If you're using Roll20's D&amp;D 5e OGL sheet, you should set Bar 1 Link to "hp" and Bar 2 Link to "ac" without the quotes. (I also like to set bar 3 as "passive_wisdom" but that's just me.)&nbsp;

Can you screen shot your settings in the game settings screen? The part from the character sheet (the bottom half).
Isn't setting up a default going to cause issues of PC vs NPC sheets/tokens? They don't have the same attributes so they don't can't have the same default.

It depends on the sheet being used and the attribute being called. In general, I set up PC tokens manually (technically I use a script/macro), and let Roll20 handle NPCs. There are usually only a handful of PCs. Once you have set up a PC and saved the default token, it will be correctly set whenever you pull it from the journal tab.
