Eclipse Phase

Anyone play Eclipse Phase? I haven't found a single person who plays this game. Interested in playing or even running it if enough people are interested. Just putting some feelers out there.
I play. Not my favorite system, but a lot of fun none the less. Plus, Ghost in the Shell is Eclipse Phase.
Been interested in the system for a while, since I saw it at GenCon a couple years ago, but never got a chance to play it. So I would love to play it but I am a complete newb at it.
I'm interested. Any time after maybe 7PM EDT or so during the week.
I would be interested in joining
I would be all for an EP game. I've tried to play with a few groups so far and no one ever gets started, which is a damn shame because the themes of the game are friggin' amazing.
Awesome, glad to get feedback so quickly. I'm free on weekends and weeknights after 5 Central time. Looking to start near the first of the month. What're your availabilities?
Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday would be best for me after 7 or so EDT so that I have time to eat dinner first. I actually have another game on Tuesdays so can't play then. I could do weekends too but try to keep those open.
I'm PST. Any time pretty much works except for Fridays and Saturdays (Have a game that starts late Fri, usually runs until sometime Sat morning or so).
I am in central time, but I am looking more at 7 -7:30 as start time, what with work till 5/gym/commute home/dinner
So how's Mondays at 7:00pm-11:00pm sound for everybody? And my only other question is if anyone has played any of the published adventures so I know what to avoid or how much to add alternate content.
Looking for games here. Haven't played the game. But could get my hands on a rule book and check it out. So to answer, no i haven't played any published adventures.
I don't think I have even skimmed the adventures so anything you wanted to run sounds good to me. And 7 to 11 sounds good if that is central time.
I'd possibly be up for an EP game. I've read the system but I've never actually played it. Let me know. :D
I Played the Demo, understand the concept and have the book on hand. I may be able to play if the time works for everyone.
Yes 7-11 would be Central Time. I'm new to EP too so I'll be learning along with everyone else who hasn't played before. I have only GMed a few games before so I think I can handle about 5 players comfortably, so it'll have to be first come, first served. I'm thinking Monday June 25th for an informal meeting for character creation and testing out the Roll20 software. Monday July 2nd would be the first game. Sound good?
Yeah. That sounds good. Give some tome to review the rules and get a character concept in mind.
Sounds good to me. I could bring my roommate as well since he was somewhat interested in it too.
Sounds great. I will be there, any thing banned for characters? If not I can go ahead and start working on mine.
Nothing banned. I'm pretty lax and anything that is published I consider cannon. Besides what's the point in limiting players' creativity? :)
So I had some free time at work the last couple days and have gotten my character mostly put together. Figured it might be handy to bump the thread and see if the character will work in your game before I finish it up. I built an Octomorph Uplift, a computer hacker type who has some issues and hides behind the computer screen alot of the time.
Just a reminder that this Monday will be our first get together at 7pm central time. Send me a message at that time and I'll respond with the link invite to the campaign. This first meeting will just be introductions, getting familiar with the Roll20 program, and making character tokens in the game. Hope to see you all there.
Whoa! I saw that on the shelf. I really wanted to play but i don't know anyone who be into it. If there's room in a game I'd be in for it.
Still looking for people who are committed to playing. I've got one other person so far, so there is plenty of room for you.
Count me in. I'm in Australia and I just woke up... perfect timing ;)
Dang. Just saw this. I love EP. I ran a campaign that unfortunately had to be cut short after a few sessions due to some external stuff, but I love the world and the system, though I'm still kinda new to it. How did your intro session go?
Unfortunately it didn't. Only 1 player showed up. A few more people have shown interest though so I'm looking to get another group formed. If you are interested let me know.
If you have any space, I'd love to join. Eclipse Phase is the coolest setting.
I have space. Just need to get a time that works best for everyone so I can start planning.
I can do any day but Tuesday and Saturday, with late afternoons/ evenings EST being the best for me.
Aha, I saw you people talking about this in June and thought, "Well damn, I missed that." I'm sorry it hasn't come together yet, but I'd like to get involved in a game if it's possible. I'm free in the middle of the weeks. I'm rather far west, so it doesn't bother me at all if games run late.
The original game was going to run on Mondays at 7pm Central Time. That work for everyone?
Ack, I'll be at work.
I can do that time if that's what we end up doing.
I've never played but i really want o.
Anyone interested in playing, I'll be hosting the first meeting on Monday at 7pm CST. The first meeting will be just getting to know everyone, character creation/explanation, and getting familiar with the software.
Rats. I'll still be at working, and then probably going to a local gaming night that I attend weekly after that. :/
How did the meet-n-greet go?
It didin't, unfortunately. Only one person showed up again :(
That's a shame, I'd be keen to play this but I'm in Australia so timing might be hard.
I'm sorry to hear that :( I can make an appearance at one if it's a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
I have the same availability as Castlereagh.
I wish this forum notified me when there were responses... I missed it. Again. I definitely want to play. Any time after about 6pm your time during the week is fine for me, because that's early morning here. The only day I can't do is Thursday morning (Wed night your time). And now... I promise I will check back every day ;)
Yeah, it's silly how it doesn't notify you about replies.
You can follow the thread and it will notify you. :) Click the star at the top.
I did that when I first came across the thread, but it never notifies me. It only tells me about new activity when I log into the site... which is pointless if I don't log back in for a week :) -- EDIT -- Of course, it helps if I go into my preferences and turn on email notifications ;) -- EDIT... again -- Nope, still no notifications. Dammit.
I have been interested in giving this game a shot ever since I first read about it. I bought the corebook last year but I haven't had an opportunity to actually play it. I work nights M-F, which makes it tricky. Saturday or Sunday would be preferable, but as long as we wrap up by 11pm CST, since that is when I leave for work, during the week could be doable.
Just as a reminder, first session is tonight at 7pm CST.
So had a quick test run with a couple players and everything seems to run fine. I've decided to throw up a vote to change the day since Monday seems too inconvenient. So which day works better for everyone: Tuesday or Thursday?
Both Tuesday and Thursday are good for me, with tuesday winning out by a thin margin. (Wednesdays are my chance to sleep it off if I've had a late night.) Apart from that Tuesdays and Thursdays are the same for me. A thursday game won't bother me at all if someone has a scheduling conflict on tuesdays.
Tuesday is fine.
