Hi DaveHogeGaming, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your map loading. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

No extensions.  And all I have is the basic Microsoft Security Essentials.  But that's what I've been running since I started Roll20.  I guess the only issue I may have is that I'm running windows 7 and not windows 10... but I'm running windows 7 BECAUSE windows 10 updated and broke my computer and the only way to resolve it was revert to 7. I apologize that this is being so difficult.

OK.  I'll give it a go.  Also... something I remembered that may or may not help.  While I cannot see the map if I drag a token on to the map and then don't move my mouse I can select the token and interact with it.  Still can't see anything but I can interact with things.  So your aware.
