Map not showing up now for multiple days

Is this a map you uploaded yourself? Does the image still appear in your art library? Does it appear for others, or can no one see it? Is it just the map art, or everything that cannot be seen (tokens and such)?

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

so i know more what happened but i have idea how to fix it my driver is outdated so i updated it and now it says webgl is not working even though its suported by chrome so for the moment im using firefox everything shows up on there
