Player added turn tracker in intative

So as it stands GM's can make something like this. but players cannot. many GM's are unaware of this feature or find it too hard to use. I think it would be nice for more technical players to be able to add something like this in manually. I think it would be really useful to have a macro that make spells that have /round durations added to the initiative and count down. The way I would like this implemented is with a new  &{tracker}  ability or something along those lines that you can just pop into a macro so when you click the button it says something like "haste: +1 to hit, +1 dodge AC, +double movespeed or 30ft which ever is lower, +1 attack on a full round attack, {tacker macro text here}

I like it. I always have trouble tracking those things and if players could add them to the turn tracker it'd save me having to try and keep track.
