I would say its very unlikely. Roll20's system restricts any ability to interface with things outside of the roll20 sandbox - either in or out. It might be possible to write a tool outside of roll20 that monitors roll20 chat, interprets roll commands or templates, and sends signals to godice. People have in the past hacked together tools to display things from roll20 in twitch widgets, for example. But these are not roll20-native tools and you'd have to find programmers skilled in more general web programming, along with whatever language GoDice use, to make it work. It would definitely be a hack.
