D&D 5 sheet - lair actions/regional effects

I'd like to suggest the addition of lair actions and region effects sections for Roll20's D&D 5th edition character sheet. It could work in the same way that legendary actions on the sheet work: by toggling a checkbox in the NPC sheet settings to make the sections visible.
