Are you talking about sorting the initiative in descending order? If so, you can do that with an API script, but that requires an Pro Subscription.

Think there is a typo here because I don't understand what you're asking is there a macro that i can push and it would do that with out me opening it up clicking on it and close it up ... just for me to do it again because someone did click on there token? Yes, it's possible, but it's depending on the sheet used. Most sheets gives names to roll buttons, and you create a generic macro to roll. For example, for Pathfinder 2E , you can select a token and then call this ability macro in the chat to roll that tokens/sheet's initiative: %{selected|INITIATIVE} I remember someone said this could tuned into a macro and added to the macro bar, but I don't remember the details, shouldn't he too hard.

I think Brock is asking: "Why do I always have to open the submenu to sort initiative?" I have the same problem, I have to open the submenu to sort by card order. I made this a little easier by installing Stylus and hiding all of the buttons that I don't use. It's the same number of clicks, but it is less distracting for me as a GM. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7841113/show-off-your-style-2-the-stylening/?pageforid=7852979#post-7852979 If you need help changing this to hide all buttons except "Descending", let me know.

Because Roll20 is system neutral and you’re asking for a game specific special case.
You can load the VTT Enhancement Suite extension into Chrome and set initiative to auto sort. I believe this is local, but perhaps when the GM's sorts it all does?
