Eberron Rising From the Last War Mark races in subraces

I just bought Eberron Rising From the Last War and the Mark races, e.g. Mark of Detection Half-Elf, look a bit messy in the races dropdown menu (Charactermancer), same with the races which already exist in other books like the goblins or bugbears. So my suggestion is to put all of these in a subrace menu as most other races have.
