The only thing available in the Compendium/Charactermancer is content provided in the free SRD. Any books you buy through Roll20 get added to (or modify) the SRD content. Note that you don't have to buy anything if you have access to the books and just enter things manually.
Aw, that's too bad. The EEPC was free and although I could add it in manually, the option for it being in the Compendium/Charactermancer would be nice. Plus adding the spells manually is somewhat unintuitive for people like me that are still a bit inexperienced with the functionality of the character sheet.
Although freely distributed, this doesn't necessarily mean freely adaptable and re-distributed. Unfortunately, it isn't part of the SRD. Fortunately, Roll20 is committed to filling out the WotC catalog this year.
